Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

• Expedited Shipping — 2–3 business days
• Overnight Shipping — 1 business day

Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within the United States only.

• We want you to love your Kenley Doll! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your doll within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in new, unused condition and returned in original packaging.
• Please note, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

• Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or directly through the carrier's site.

• The Kenley Doll is recommended for children ages 3 and up. She's designed with safety in mind and meets all US toy safety standards. Younger children should always be supervised during play.

• The Kenley Doll stands 18 inches tall, making her the perfect size for hugging, playing, and dressing up. She's compatible with most 18-inch doll clothing and accessories available on the market.

To protect the voice box, the doll is not designed for water play. Do not submerge in water.

• To keep your Kenley Doll looking her best, gently spot clean her body and clothing with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid submerging her in water. For her hair, use a wide-tooth comb or doll brush and work gently from the ends up to prevent tangles.
